Car Transport
Car transport is available for an additional fee through Montway. Cost is roughly $1.30 per mile open, $1.60 enclosed. Montway is fully insured, and the official transport partner of LuxRally.
Delivery is guaranteed to be on-time, and all services are handled by Montway’s VIP department. Please inquire on booking for Montway Transport Services.
DAY ONE
Starting at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia in Vancouver, check-in to your room and prepare to meet the rest of the rally! After a kick off event join us at the Hawksworth restaurant on the ground level. Native Vancouverite David Hawksworth is one of Western Canada’s most celebrated chefs and his restaurant is a four time winner for best upscale dining in Vancouver.
DAY TWO
Wake up in the morning and enjoy an all-inclusive Breakfast at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia. Prepare to depart to the Fairmont Château Lake Louise.
Check in to your room and take in the view of Lake Louise. Once settled in, join us for a tasting menu at the Post Hotel, a culinary gem whose team is led by European-trained Executive Chef Hans Sauter
After dinner join the rest of the rally for a post-dinner cigar or retire to your room for some rest and relaxation.
DAY THREE
The next morning, enjoy Breakfast at the Fairmont Château Lake Louise before departure to the The Fairmont Hotel Banff Springs.
Prepare for a scenic drive drive through Banff on some of the most beautiful roads in the world.
Enjoy a seven-course dinner at 1888 Chop House on-site at the Fairmont Hotel Banff Springs grounds.
DAY four
Upon Breakfast and departure from the Fairmont Hotel Banff Springs we begin our drive to the Lodge at Whitefish Lake in Whitefish, Montana.
The route will allow for stunning views as we move through some of the most beautiful regions of both Canada and the United States.
Enjoy cocktails upon arrival with a seven-course meal at the Whitefish Lake Restaurant.
DAY Five
Upon waking up, enjoy a complimentary breakfast at the Lodge at Whitefish Lake Restaurant and prepare to depart to the Montage Big Sky.
The route will provide breathtaking mountain views as we approach Big Sky.
Check in and get settled before a 7-course dinner at the Montage's Cortina Restaurant (Northern Italian Cuisine).
DAY six
Head to Cortina for a complimentary breakfast and prepare to depart for the Four Seasons Jackson Hole.
This epic driving day will have us winding through the roads of Yellowstone National Park. We will see everything from geysers and waterfalls to valleys and mountain-lined rivers.
Join the Rally for a final dinner and awards ceremony at the Four Seaon's signature restaurant, the Westbank Grill.
Spend a final night with the rally indulging in drinks, cigars and good conversation.
DAY SEVEN
Upon waking up, enjoy a complimentary breakfast at The Four Seasons. say your last goodbyes to the rally fam.
